The offline game
GLASS SKY runs offline. The game does not create player accounts, collect telemetry, display ads or include in-app purchases. It does not send your observations or discovery names to WD DIGI.
Progress, a save backup and settings are kept locally on your computer in game data files. There is no cloud-save service. Be mindful of personal information you choose to put in a discovery name or share in a screenshot.
The public website
The website's own code does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. Fonts are hosted with the site rather than requested from a third-party font service.
Cloudflare provides website delivery and security services. It may process technical request data, such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information and request timing, to deliver and protect the website. Visiting the website therefore differs from playing the offline game.
When you contact support
If you email support@wddigi.com, WD DIGI receives your email address, your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that correspondence to respond to your request and investigate relevant issues.
The website's email composer prepares a draft in your email application. It does not submit a message to a website contact-form server or send an email by itself. Your email provider processes the message under its own terms.
Microsoft Store and external services
Microsoft Store handles its own account, download, purchase and update services. Microsoft's privacy information governs data processed by Microsoft through those services; the offline game's behavior described above is separate.
Following a link to another website takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. Review that service's notice if you need to understand how it handles your data.
Your choices and requests
You control the game data stored on your own device. Before removing local files, consider whether you need to keep your progress; WD DIGI has no cloud copy to restore.
For access, correction or deletion questions about support correspondence, email support@wddigi.com from the address involved where possible. We will consider the request in light of the information we hold and any applicable obligations. This notice does not promise a fixed retention period.

We may update this notice when the game or website changes. The date at the top identifies the current notice. A website update does not, by itself, change how an older offline game build behaves.
